Of course. Notice the packaged zip file you downloaded from CodeCanyon contains a folder with samples of different settings and configurations. You should upload the whole samples folder to the very same site/server. If the samples don't work either and you double checked you're correctly placing the API key in the right file, please contact support as described above in the first FAQ and send the samples link.
