honestly I didn't know what to expect given that it auto-translates everything, but the translations are really good. Big fat thumbs up to the developers of this thing - it is such a time-saver compared to manually translating EVERYTHING with wpml

I tried the plugin once on a website few month ago for like 30 minutes.
But never really used the licence, the plugin wasn't suitable for the website. Now your assistance service tells me I have to buy a new licence, even if there's no active licence in use ( I used it for test 30 minutes).
You are joking, no?
I think you should make it make clear for your customer that they have one shot to it only: if they are unlucky, they loose their licence.
Isn't it possible to do something?

of course is possible to solve this. I'm not sure why you placed this rating. The FAQ & Support tab in the admin panel tells you what to do when you've used the license on another website before.
As it seemed you wanted to solve this, I contacted Envato to see if they could contact you (ticket id 331302); and they did, quote:
"It seems they are not interested in discussing the matter any further. They did mention that they've been busy."
Let me know whenever you want to solve this, it'll take just a minute.

With this thing installed, my site got translated in less than 5 minutes! The best 20$ spent on CodeCanyon! Keep it up!!!

Customer support got back to my requests within seconds.
One reccomendation would be an option to change URL's depending on Language to create a true multilingual site avalable to index, rather than it being javascript dependant.
