I spent a lot of time researching machine translation plugins, and selected Ajax Translator Revolution because of it's reputation for outstanding support. That reputation is well-deserved.
I contacted support three times, and received fast responses each time. My first contact was diagnostic, the second solved my first issue, and the third contact solved my second issue.
Beyond support, the plugin is rock solid. If you are working with machine translations (e.g. Google Translate), this is absolutely the plugin to have. The plugin brings translations created by Google Translate to your website easily and thoroughly. Setup and configuration was only five minutes, and the issues I had were the result of the theme I was using, not the plugin (the plugin was fully compatible with the theme).
I give the plugin 5 stars, based on features, affordability and support.

A few days ago, you were asking for support (with your support period expired) and you were using the plugin on a second site. You were breaking both the support policy and the item license. After comings and goings, Envato contacted you to explain you that you need to buy a second license if you want to use the plugin on a second site.
Since you can't just break all the rules and get away with it, here you are now, making your frustration public.
As for the translation quality, it's advertised the plugin uses Google Translate, which is the best automatic translation service on the market; and is the very same you were happy about a few months ago.

I wanted to do some additional customisation, some of which was possible, and some which wasnt. The support was very good for all aspects. When I initially thought the product wouldnt work for me, the company offered me a refund without hesitation. However, when I adapted my site to work around this problem and make additional customisation, the support was very quick and highly accurate.

Plus it looks fabulous and is soooooo easy to use. Have tried others and they are very time consuming and to erase from your dB you need to erase from MySQL > cumbersome.
Theme developers should be looking at this plugin over another they currently want to integrate with > I have downloaded and spent way to much time on the 'other one'. Come on! People purchasing themes and plugins on Envato are not really techie (otherwise we would develop our own stuff)! So make it easy!!!! If I come across a theme that has this plugin integrated I will try it out!

Coder said, user need to refresh & clear cache & more..but either one is not working for use.
If you want to set manual translation, you need a patient until page refresh.
You're placing this rating BEFORE you contacted me. I never said anything like "refresh & clear cache" to you or to anyone else, as it simply doesn't make any sense.
After you edit a translation, you don't need to wait for any page refresh, the modifications are available from the moment you save them.
You sent me a few emails, and I explained you how things work, you understood them and everything seemed to be alright. It'd be great if you could update this review.
